Kingston's new Public Access TV Studio



Kingston Area Public Access is a public, education and government access channel serving the City of Kingston, the Towns of Esopus, Hurley, Kingston, Marbletown, Rosendale and Ulster.

KPA’s locally produced programming is carried on Time Warner Cable channel 23.

Become a TV Producer! Kingston Area Public Access is a media resource open to the communities of Kingston, Esopus, Hurley, Marbletown, Rosendale and Ulster. For more information on becoming a producer, you can attend the next meeting of the Kingston Area Public Access Commission which is held 7:00 pm, every second Thursday of the month at city hall on the 2nd floor. Producer Applications and enquiries are dealt with at 6:30 pm, prior to the meeting.
